ASG-MSA, Inc. Announces Joint Venture with Burns White
Atlas Settlement Group Medicare Set-Aside Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that effective immediately we will be partnering with the law firm of Burns White, to continue providing superior Medicare Set-Aside and Medicare Secondary Payer Services to our client partners. Partnership in the Medicare Set-Aside arena will provide additional legal and medical review resources, and the ability to handle an increased volume of both workers’ compensation and liability claims. Additionally, this venture will allow us to offer, via Burns White, increased service options for conditional payment negotiation.
ASG-MSA, Inc. will continue to serve as a resource for providing advice in the MSA arena, and will continue to process all Medicare Set-Aside plans. When sending file materials, please make sure to include the following:
1. Completed ASG-MSA Referral Form.
2 The last two (2) years of treatment records prior to the last date of treatment.
3. The medical payment detail from the same period of time.
4. The pharmaceutical fill history and/or invoices for the last two years of treatment.
