ASG-MSA, Inc. Announces Joint Venture with Burns White.
Atlas Settlement Group Medicare Set-Aside Services, Inc. is pleased to announce they are partnering with the law firm of Burns White, to continue providing superior Medicare Set-Aside and Medicare Secondary Payer Services to our client partners. Partnership in the Medicare Set-Aside arena will provide additional legal and medical review resources, and the ability to handle an increased volume of both workers’ compensation and liability claims. Additionally, this venture will allow us to offer, via BW, increased service options for conditional payment negotiation.
