Lee Arbuthnot is a Structured Settlement Specialist in the San Francisco-Bay Area with over 26 years of experience in the healthcare, medical malpractice claims, risk management and structured settlement fields.

Lee designs and develops settlement annuity plans and attends settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations and other disposition hearings designed to resolve cases. Lee performs claims file reviews, and interfaces with clients, attorneys and the court. She analyzes life care plans and vocational rehabilitation reports and projects future loss of earnings and lifetime medical awards and judgments. Lee conducts local and national seminars on the use of settlement annuities.

Lee began her career as a critical care nurse. Later she handled medical malpractice claims and risk management for an insurance management company. Lee was the Director of Risk Management for The Doctors’ Company and the Director of Medical Management for a Medical Services Organization in the Napa Valley. Prior to joining Atlas Settlement Group, she was a Structured Settlement Specialist with Ringler Associates.

Lee graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor in Science degree in nursing. She later earned her Masters of Science degree from Finch University, Chicago Medical School.
