Denver is a Structured Settlement Specialist and manages the Nashville, Tennesse office for Atlas Settlement Group, Inc. He has several years of experience in the areas of general liability, Workers' Compensation, medical malpractice claims and Life Insurance.

Prior experience includes most recently serving as the Manager of Structured Settlements for CNA Insurance in Nashville and Chicago, Illinos. He also served as a Structured Settlement Consultant for CNA in their Chicago home office where he was responsible for 11 states throughout the southeastern region.

Denver is experienced in negotiating complex claims thru personal contact as well as attending mediations, settlement and benefit review conferences designed to resolve personal injury and death claims. In addition, Denver assists in developing settlement strategies, performs file reviews, analyzes life care plans and projects future loss of earnings and lifetime medical awards and judgments. He is available to conduct specialized training for negotiations using structured settlements

Denver is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he attended on a baseball scholarship. He is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.
