Roger Classen, President of Atlas Settlement Group Sonoma, Inc., has been in the insurance world for over 35 years. Roger’s experience includes working with liability and workers’ compensation carriers, attorneys, judges and mediators in the settlement of bodily injury and wrongful death claims. He provides his expertise in designing and developing settlement packages with the use of annuities.
Roger began his career as an independent adjuster with the law firm of Enos, Buchler & Deisch of Denver. He later joined Zurich Insurance Company and worked in various claim capacities and locations. In 1971, Roger joined Cravens, Dargan & Co. of San Francisco and in 1973 was promoted to Regional Vice President of Claims. In 1982, he was promoted to Vice President of the San Francisco branch where he was responsible for marketing, underwriting and claims. Prior to joining Atlas Settlement Group, he was President of Ringler Associates Bay Area for 25 years.
Roger graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and education.
He is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA).
