Michael is a Certified Structured Settlement Consultant working in the New York office in Manhattan. He specializes in the areas of medical malpractice, general liability, transportation and marine.

His responsibilities include developing settlement annuity plans and presenting them at mediations, arbitrations and settlement negotiations.
Michael applies his structured settlement experience to each case, and develops comprehensive settlement plans for claimants. He is able to provide educational information and answer questions claimants and their attorneys may have about structured settlements. He analyzes life care plans and vocational rehabilitation reports and projects future loss of earnings and lifetime medical awards and judgments, as well as handles all necessary functions in finalizing settlement documents. His responsibilities extend to developing new clients on using structured settlements to resolve personal injury, wrongful death and workers’ compensation cases.

Other experiences include 16 years in sales, marketing and risk management positions with two major cruise lines.

He is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association.
