Paul Hoffman, who has more than 20 years of claims experience, as well as 25 years of experience in the structured settlement field has served as President, CEO and Chairman of a major structured settlement firm. His management effort served to build that firm to a place of preeminence in the structured settlement arena.

Mr. Hoffman was a successful executive in the insurance field with two national insurance companies and headed up the development of the largest structured settlement firm in the industry.

Mr. Hoffman has left his former firm to involve himself in the development of Atlas Settlement Group, Inc., a small boutique brokerage, in an effort to meet the needs of a changing structured settlement market place.

Paul is a member of the National Association of Life Underwriters and the National Structured Settlement Trade Association, serving as their President in 1999/2000. Mr. Hoffman is also a registered representative with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD).

Mr. Hoffman was recently elected to the Board of Directors of The National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA). Paul, along with other Board members, will set the direction of our Industry over the upcoming years.

A native of the New York area, he was educated at the State University of New York and St. John’s University where he received his degrees in Business Management.
