Brett is a Structured Settlement Consultant in the Baltimore, Maryland, office. Brett has several years of experience in financial services, structured settlements and marketing.

His responsibilities include attending settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations and other disposition hearings designed to resolve cases. In addition, he designs and presents settlement annuity plans, prepares quotes, handles releases and applications, performs file reviews, and interfaces with clients, the court and attorneys. Brett analyzes life care plans and vocational rehabilitation reports and projects future loss of earnings and lifetime medical awards and judgments, as well as handles all necessary functions in finalizing settlement documents. He also participates in local and national seminars on the use of settlement annuities.

Prior to joining the structured settlement industry, Brett was a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch in Maryland. With a Series 7 license, he was responsible financial planning for individuals and for trading stock. Other experience includes four years as Vice President of Sales and marketing for a family-owned company, 3rd Party Logistic Transportation.

Brett holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland. After college, Brett played professional baseball in the San Francisco Giants organization. He is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.
