Expertise and practice includes providing annuity pricing and lifetime underwriting of injured person in medical malpractice, excess liability, general liability, workers’ compensation and environmental claims in accordance to Section 104(a)(2) and 130(c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Successful in obtaining the approval and then funding one of the only settlement annuities utilized for future environmental liabilities by the U.S. Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division, Environmental Enforcement Section.
