Joe Parmelee is the Senior Partner of the St. Louis offices of Atlas Settlement Group, Inc. 
 
After graduating from Illinois State University in 1986, Joe began his structure settlement career in Washington DC.  His duties included marketing, sales and settlement negotiations in accordance with Section 104(a)(2) and 130 (c) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.  Most recently, Joe spent 18 plus years as the head of the Missouri office of a large settlement annuity firm.  He has over 20 years of experience in the unique claims fields of the Federal Employers Liability Act, Long Shore Harbor Act and Jones Act.  He also has worked extensively in the general liability, excess liability, medical malpractice and workers’ compensation fields. 
 
Joe is a member of the National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA).
