Tom is an annuity specialist in the St. Louis office with over 13 years of structured settlement experience.
 
Expertise and practice includes providing annuity pricing and lifetime underwriting of injured persons in general liability, Federal Employment Liability Act, Excess Trucking, Workers' Compensation and Medical Malpractice claims in accordance with 104(a)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986. Tom  attends settlement conferences, arbitrations and other disposition hearings designed to resolve cases. Tom analyzes life care plans and vocational rehabilitation reports and projects future loss of earnings and lifetime medical awards and judgments, as well as handles all necessary functions in finalizing settlement documents.
 
Tom received a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Illinois State University in Normal Illinois. He is active in the St. Louis Society for the Physically impaired and The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation. He is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.
