Pere Wroth, Attorney at Law and Certified Structured Settlement Consultant (CSSC), joined Atlas in 2007 bringing with him more than 22 years of providing structured settlement assistance to his clients, during which time he has concentrated primarily in the fields of product liability and aviation settlements.

Having practiced law in St. Louis prior to entering the structured settlement business, Pere is uniquely familiar with the litigation process and the importance of producing creative, timely and cost-effective settlement solutions for complex claims and lawsuits.

Pere enjoys the exclusive representation of some of our largest corporations and as such, is integrally involved with the legal/risk management of such companies when discussing settlement evaluation and strategies.

He is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.
