Paul G. Zeman

Paul is a Structured Settlement Specialist in Denver, Colorado with experience in finance and settlement annuities.

His responsibilities include marketing, quotes, and promoting the structured settlement concept throughout the legal community. He attends settlement conferences, mediations, arbitrations and trials to assist in resolution process. Paul shapes annuity payment schedules to suit the individual needs of each annuitant. He submits and reviews medical information to life insurance companies for substandard age ratings, and assists his clients with Internal Revenue Code guidelines and life insurance ratings.

Throughout his ten year Structured Settlement career, Paul has worked a multitude of high profile personal injury cases, including the 9-11 Victims Compensation fund, the Staten Island Ferry crash, and the Metrolink crash in Los Angeles.

Before entering the structured settlement industry, he was with Prudential Financial in New York City, where he evaluated and developed investment strategies with the Private Wealth Management Unit. Other experience includes working as Assistant Vice President at Morgan Stanley in New York City.

Paul is a licensed life and health insurance agent, Registered Representative with the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD Series 7) and holds Chartered Market Technician (CMT Level 1) designation. He is a member of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association.

Paul earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree majoring in finance and investments from Baruch College, The City University of New York.
